POSTAGE, PACKING and PAYMENT:

The minimum amount for order is 200 czk (~ 8€). 

Minifigures - FREE SHIPPING worldwide (with tracking number) on orders over 1500 CZK ( ~ 55€).  Applies only to orders for minifigures WITHOUT any part.

Shipments are usually sent within 2 business days. However, it always depends on the size and complexity of the order.

We accept paymants in cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum...)  It's cheapest way without paying additional fees. Exchange rate according to (Bitstamp).

We try our best to keep our inventory up to date. Occasionally when picking your order it occurs that our inventory is incorrect and we don't have all the parts you ordered. If this happens, you will be offered a refund or a discount coupon for your next purchase.

  • LOST or DAMAGED package:

Upon receipt of the package, check the packaging of the shipment for signs of damage! In case of damage, do not accept the goods from the carrier, or immediately write a complaint report (damage record) with the courier. Otherwise, the complaint can no longer be made.

Complaints for lost shipment can last up to 3 months (Official Czech Post rules).

Rules, if you find missing pieces:

  • Damage up to 50 CZK (~ 2€) - you will receive a discount in the form of a coupon for your next purchase.

  • Damage up to 200 CZK (~ 2€) -  if we have missing pieces in stock, we will send them in the extra package via Czech Post OR you will receive a discount in the form of a coupon for your next purchase.
  • Damage for more than 200 CZK (~ 8€)  - if we have missing pieces in stock, we will send them in the extra package via Czech Post OR you will receive a discount in the form of a coupon for your next purchase OR we will return the money to your account.
